Website Page Types
I've been building websites since 2000 and during that time I've realised that almost all pages on brochure websites take one of three formats - text pages, list pages or gallery pages.
Text pages make up the bulk of most websites, informing customers or website users of what a company or organisation has to offer.
List pages are useful for many applications from listing products, events, venues or pretty much anything that you might need a list of.
Gallery pages contain grids of images - they say a picture paints a thousand words and in many cases this is true. Images display a product or item better than any description could. Galleries consist of a grid of thumbnails that display a larger image when clicked.
